When Your Mind Won't Rest
For thoughts that circle and won't stop.
God, my mind keeps walking the same circle.
I have replayed it, planned it, feared it. Nothing has changed except my tiredness. Take these thoughts one by one; I am not strong enough to hold them all.
Teach me to leave the circle and sit down beside You. Amen.
