Prayer for Inner Peace

Asking for stillness underneath everything.

Lord, give me the kind of peace that does not depend on my circumstances. Not an escape from what is real, but a steadiness within it. Let there be a quiet room inside me where You are, and where I can go at any hour. Still the water, and let me float. Amen.
