Thirst (Psalm 42)
For a soul that longs for God.
As a deer longs for streams of water, so my soul longs for You.
I am thirsty in a way nothing else satisfies. Why are you downcast, my soul? Wait for God.
I will hope in Him again, even before the feeling returns. Amen.
