Prayer for a Tired Body
For exhaustion that sleep hasn't fixed.
Lord, I am tired in a way that rest has not touched.
Teach me to care for this body You gave me: to slow down, to eat, to sleep, to ask for help. Free me from the belief that I must earn my worth by exhausting myself.
Restore me, gently. Amen.
