Complete Morning Offering

Lord Jesus, before my feet touch the floor, before the first notification, before the first worry arrives, I want to be with You. I offer You this whole day: my work and my waiting, my conversations and my silences, my plans and my interruptions. Nothing is too small for Your attention, and nothing is too great for Your hands. Make me slow to anger and quick to listen. When I am tempted to speak carelessly, remind me that every person I meet today is someone You love. When I am tempted to despair of my tasks, remind me that faithfulness in small things is the fabric of a holy life. I do not know what this day will ask of me. But I know who walks beside me. Go before me into every room I will enter, prepare the hearts I will meet, and bring me home this evening a little more like You. Father, into Your hands I commend this day. Amen.
